We loved spending time at the tour desk, where we got helpful tips for exploring the nearby waterfalls. The vibrant setting and cute vibe of the hotel.

The hotel was absolutely charming, and clean, and the location was marvellous in the middle of jackson. Location: the venue was near to Casa Ortiz. We stopped by El Cafe de Maria for coffee and treats, it was at a medium distance from the hotel.

Perfect for family with kids
The kids loved the pool, they couldn't get enough of it. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms, so much space for everyone.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still worth every penny.

I was really impressed with the spacious and clean rooms. The pool area was a wonderful spot to relax. The breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee. However, I wished for an earlier breakfast option since I had early meetings.

Do recommend for a short visit
Comfortable room, clean shower, where I enjoyed a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool and appreciated the strong Wi-Fi for keeping connected, all conveniently located just 35 km from the nearest airport.

The place was fairly clean with helpful staff members. The room was large - loved the nice bathroom. Our location was marvelous in the middle of Jackson. Also, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Hidalgo Garden.
